As an AI Supportability Engineer within the Binance Accelerator Program, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining AI-powered tools that enhance the efficiency of our Customer Support operations. You will focus on integrating AI solutions into our existing infrastructure, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and ease of use for our global support teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI and product teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven support tools and features.
• Focus on the supportability of AI solutions, ensuring they are robust, maintainable, and easily integrated into the existing support ecosystem.
• Develop and implement monitoring systems to track the performance and health of AI models and tools, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Work on data pipelines and data quality initiatives to ensure AI models are trained on accurate and relevant information.
• Automate testing procedures for AI solutions to ensure high quality and reliability before deployment.
• Provide technical support and documentation for AI tools, empowering support agents to effectively utilize new technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and promote best practices in software development.
• Continuously learn and experiment with new AI technologies and methodologies to improve Binance's support capabilities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on supportability or reliability engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with data processing technologies and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing technical challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, remote team environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• It is important that candidates are available to work during EST business hours (9am to 5pm).
