Job Responsibilities

This role belongs to the Growth department and is responsible for driving user growth metrics. Key responsibilities include:

• Exploring various growth opportunities within the exchange field and expanding user growth promotion channels.
• Maintaining strong cooperation and channel support processes, enhancing channel growth dimensions, increasing channel output, and coordinating/resolving various issues during the process.
• Providing operational support to channels from a growth perspective, helping to increase channel yield, and resolving coordination problems.
• Achieving established performance indicators set by the team, aligning with market situations and company strategy.
• Actively participating in industry events, staying attentive to user growth opportunities, and continuously discovering new cooperative resources.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in Internet product growth or channel development. Experience in blockchain, finance, or user growth/channel development for Internet products is preferred.
• A strong ability to listen to customer needs and consistently seek user growth solutions from the viewpoint of user growth and channel operation.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to coordinate effectively with international partners and stakeholders.
• Must possess a strong self-driven mindset, a high sense of responsibility, the ability to perform well under pressure, and strong cross-department coordination skills.
