The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and results-oriented SEO Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for developing and executing comprehensive search engine optimization strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance online visibility for our diverse portfolio of clients. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple clients, focusing on organic search growth.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and on-page elements for improved search engine rankings.
• Manage off-page SEO strategies, including link building, local SEO, and online reputation management.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other industry-standard platforms.
• Provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams based on performance data and industry trends.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO algorithm changes, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, including AI in SEO.
• Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, demonstrating measurable impact and ROI for clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO strategy, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and driving measurable traffic growth for clients.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and local SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
