As we approach $50M in annualized revenue and continue to grow almost 100% YoY, we are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to own how beehiiv shows up at all critical moments. Working alongside our Creative Director, you will help set the overarching strategy for our campaigns, launches, and events, defining our messaging, target audience, and timing. Furthermore, you will own the execution plan end to end, managing briefs, channel mix, timelines, partners, budget, measurement, and the live event itself. This is a generalist role with a heavy focus on brand campaigns, events, and experiential marketing.

What You Will Own

You will own your programs from concept to completion and are expected to bring original ideas, not just execute predefined plans. Your responsibilities will break down into three areas:

• Integrated Campaigns and Launches (Approx. 70%): Turn a creative brief into a comprehensive working campaign plan covering objectives, audience, channel mix, timeline, budget, and key performance indicators. Manage all work across internal teams, external agencies, and freelancers to ensure deliverables, reviews, and deadlines are met smoothly. Own the complete channel plan for every campaign, encompassing paid media, social, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, OOH, and PR, ensuring a singular, cohesive brand message.
• Events and Experiential Marketing (Approx. 20%): Collaborate with the broader Growth and Comms teams to create high-impact presences at key moments. This includes our own events, creator and media gatherings, industry conferences, pop-ups, and activations. Your role involves coordinating everything from venue selection and production partners to speakers, talent, guest lists, on-site execution, and capturing content for online extension. You will also build the recurring calendar of tentpole moments for beehiiv, consistently improving each one.
• Measurement and Reporting (Approx. 10%): Define measurement for every program at the outset, tracking reach, engagement, signups, pipeline growth, and key learnings in conjunction with the Growth and Analytics teams. Monitor live campaigns through daily and weekly check-ins, recommending budget and channel shifts as necessary, and leading thorough post-mortems. Document playbooks for all launches, events, and campaign types to significantly reduce effort on subsequent executions.
