Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the landscape and user needs, translating these insights into actionable items for product and technical teams to ensure end-to-end product delivery.
• Lead the definition of business requirements and support the successful delivery of strategic projects for the designated region.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing product and user experience. Define clear product requirements based on user feedback, data analysis, and growth objectives.
• Support market expansion and new service launches by coordinating efforts across marketing, development, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user demands to pinpoint growth opportunities and market gaps.
• Act as the primary market intelligence gather for the company, feeding crucial local insights into the regional and global product roadmap.
• Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at improving core business metrics.
• Track and assess competitive positioning and product performance across the operational region.
• Define compelling product propositions and assist in developing go-to-market strategies.
• Manage daily operational activities, including content governance, user experience monitoring, and facilitating cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor performance metrics and gather user feedback post-launch, utilizing insights to guide future product iterations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in product management, operations, strategy, or a related function.
• Mandatory experience within the crypto or Web3 industry, with prior trading product experience being a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with practical experience utilizing various analytics tools (SQL is a plus).
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for daily operations.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, capable of driving projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A proven capacity to engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and regulators.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute growth-focused initiatives.
