Role Responsibilities

As a Product Manager for Social Features, you will own the complete product lifecycle for Binance Chat and Square social features. This includes driving planning and iteration for core functionalities such as posting, commenting, sharing, content discovery, personalized recommendations, group chat, messaging interactions, and community groups.

• Design and optimize user journeys across all key entry points, ensuring consistent cross-page navigation and seamless posting and interaction experiences in every scenario.
• Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to build and enhance the social interaction system, encompassing content publishing flows, comment and reply mechanisms, personalized content distribution, group management, and messaging flows.
• Continuously monitor key social engagement metrics (e.g., posting rate, interaction rate, retention, DAU). Analyze user behavior across various content types and entry points to formulate effective growth strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must possess 3 to 8 years of experience in developing social, community, or content products. Experience within Web3 or community-driven products is considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrate the ability to translate complex interaction scenarios into clear product solutions, including defining well-structured state transitions and handling edge cases effectively.
• Exhibit outstanding collaboration and communication skills necessary for effective teamwork with engineering, design, operations, and external partner teams.
• Possess strong product judgment, capable of balancing user experience consistency against scenario specific constraints.
• Relevant Experience: A background in social or community products is highly valued as it ensures immediate productivity without a learning curve.
• Product Sense: Deep understanding of community user journeys, interaction design principles, and content ecosystem dynamics.
• Clear Logic: Structured product thinking with proven capability to deconstruct multi-path flows and resolve experience conflicts in intricate interaction scenarios.
