Senior Engineering Manager, Recommender Systems at Raya

Role Overview

As an Engineering Manager for Recommender Systems, you will lead the team responsible for building the backend retrieval and ranking infrastructure that powers recommendations on Raya. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Machine Learning to define the technical strategy and ensure users have an excellent experience on our core product surface.

We are seeking a candidate who possesses strong technical acumen, extensive experience with production recommender systems, and a natural, product-focused empathy for the end user.
