The Role: Product Manager, Membership & Payments

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Core Membership Experience team. This role will primarily focus on owning critical aspects of the member lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on payments. The Member Experience team oversees the entire journey from application and onboarding through activation, subscriptions, renewal, and reactivation. You will be responsible for creating seamless experiences that convert accepted applicants into active members, making it easy for members to initiate, manage, and reactivate their memberships, with payment processes at the core of this journey.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Lead product development for key areas of the member lifecycle, specifically focusing on payments and subscriptions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams from problem identification to solution shipping and measurement.
• Manage the entire member journey from application and onboarding to subscription management and reactivation.
• Deep experience with iOS payments and subscriptions, including Apple StoreKit and third-party payment providers like Stripe.
• A hands-on approach to product management, with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, specifically building consumer subscription products.
