We are seeking a Research Business Development Manager/Director to join our global team. This pivotal role involves cultivating strong relationships within the project community, with crypto founders, and top Venture Capital firms. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing and identifying new blockchain and cryptocurrency projects for listing on Binance.com and integration into Binance Alpha features, ensuring a continuous pipeline of high-quality projects. Your expertise will contribute to the due diligence process, evaluating new opportunities based on team strength, competitive analysis, tokenomics, and other critical factors. You will drive internal approval processes, presenting listing rationales to senior leadership, and collaborate across teams for deal sourcing and terms negotiation. Additionally, you will represent Binance at relevant global events.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships within the project community, with crypto founders, and with top Venture Capital (VC) firms.
• Proactively source and identify new blockchain and cryptocurrency projects for listing on Binance.com and integration into Binance Alpha features.
• Ensure a robust and continuous pipeline of solid projects suitable for listing.
• Provide expert input on the due diligence process, assisting the team in evaluating new opportunities based on factors such as team strength, competitive analysis, and tokenomics.
• Drive internal approval processes and present comprehensive listing rationales to senior leaders of the organization.
• Collaborate across various internal teams to ensure coordinated efforts for deal sourcing and terms negotiation.
• Attend relevant global events and professionally represent Binance.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding and relevant experience within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including a strong grasp of current trends, themes, tokenomics, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• 8-10 years of relevant asset listing experience in crypto business, venture capital, or exchanges.
• Strong written and analytical skills, essential for thorough deal analysis and internal reporting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, as the Corporate Development team regularly engages with entrepreneurs and other members of the startup community.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
