Role overview

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across both product-led growth and enterprise segments. This role will define beehiiv's narrative as the operating system for the content economy, lead product launches, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and revenue impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across PLG and enterprise audiences.
  • Develop clear value propositions and data-backed customer stories that demonstrate impact on growth and revenue metrics.
  • Lead product launches that drive awareness, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align feature development with market needs and opportunities.
  • Create sales enablement materials, competitive positioning, and playbooks to support enterprise growth.
  • Turn customer insights and market trends into actionable strategies that influence roadmap and product messaging.
  • Build scalable frameworks to measure and optimize product adoption, engagement, and lifecycle metrics.
  • Champion beehiiv's brand as a category creator and thought leader across creator and enterprise audiences.

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of product marketing experience at high-growth SaaS companies, ideally with hybrid GTM models that blend PLG and enterprise.
  • Proven success driving adoption and revenue for self-serve products and supporting enterprise expansion.
  • Strong understanding of user segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning for new launches and feature adoption.
  • Experience with performance and lifecycle marketing, using data to identify growth opportunities and optimize journeys.
  • Fluency with tools such as HubSpot, GA4, Customer.io, Figma, and Excel, and familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and storytelling skills, able to translate complex data into persuasive narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • History of working cross-functionally with product, growth, sales, content, SEO, partnerships, and community teams.

Compensation and benefits

Compensation depends on experience. Target range: USD 130,000 - 150,000 per year, DOE.
