Binance is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing for its P2P platform. This strategic role involves leading and developing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth, user acquisition, and brand awareness for Binance P2P globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing strategies to increase Binance P2P user acquisition, engagement, and transactions.
• Lead the P2P marketing team, providing mentorship and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, user behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and regional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets across various channels, including digital marketing, content, social media, and offline activations.
• Drive innovative marketing campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, and community partners.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with regulatory guidelines across all marketing communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong background in P2P, fintech, or crypto industries.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing global marketing strategies that drive significant user growth.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and community building.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of the global crypto market and P2P trading landscape is highly advantageous.
