About the Role
Applaudo is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate for a Growth Marketing Intern position. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and contribute to our growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be organized, curious, and ready to support lead generation through thorough research, data analysis, and the use of marketing automation tools.
Key Requirements
- Currently in the 4th or 5th year of undergraduate studies, nearing degree completion, or a recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or a similar field.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Possess strong research and analytical skills to effectively identify high-potential leads.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and prospecting platforms such as Apollo is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in lead scoring, segmentation, and advanced outreach strategies.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns and effective cold email outreach techniques.
- Proactive and highly organized, with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with various automation tools and enthusiastic about learning AI-powered marketing processes.
- Detail-oriented, especially when managing extensive databases and various campaign assets.
- Enthusiastic about growth marketing, digital sales strategies, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and tactical support to accelerate Applaudo's growth initiatives.
- Research and deliver high-quality leads using platforms like Apollo, with a strong focus on identifying buying signals and ideal company fit.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized lead database within HubSpot.
- Assist in the evaluation and prioritization of leads to ensure the generation of high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Act as a project coordinator assistant, ensuring all necessary assets are available for campaign deployment.
- Support the deployment of cold email campaigns and meticulously track their performance.
- Maintain and optimize AI-powered lead generation automation systems.
- Align content and social media efforts with cohesive brand messaging, leveraging AI tools.
- Track and report on key lead generation metrics and conduct comprehensive analysis of campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial objectives.
- Actively participate in regular sales meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and optimization opportunities.
