About the Role
We are actively seeking experienced and dedicated Customer Experience Dental Lab Technicians specializing in Removables to join the Dandy team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive dental lab expertise to collaborate directly with clinicians on essential tasks such as patient scanning, case preparation, and design modifications. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver real-time technical support, ensuring high-quality outcomes and an outstanding experience for every doctor.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Partner with doctors in real-time to meticulously review and refine case designs. This ensures optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes for patients. You will provide expert guidance on complex cases and build strong customer confidence in our digital tools.
- Provide Live Clinical Support: Directly communicate with clinicians via phone, chat, and video to effectively troubleshoot issues, clarify workflows, and offer efficient, empathetic customer service.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a crucial link between doctors and Dandy lab teams, accurately translating clinical feedback into actionable production outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Dental Technician role.
- At least 2 years of experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including comprehensive full and partial denture cases.
- Profound understanding of digital dental workflows, including scan bodies and best design practices.
- Technologically adept with a proven ability to quickly learn and navigate various dental design platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport with clinicians, provide empathetic support, and professionally manage complex concerns.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex clinical and technical feedback into clear, actionable insights.
- Comfortable engaging live with doctors through chat, phone, or video calls. You should confidently jump into real-time conversations, answer questions, and quickly establish trust.
- Strong independent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple complex conversations simultaneously.
- A strong desire to thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly evolving, and fully-digital lab environment.
- Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines while upholding exceptional quality standards across all cases.
- Available shifts include: 8am - 4:45pm GMT, 9am - 5:45pm GMT, 9:30am- 6:15pm GMT.
