We are seeking a dedicated Case Analyst to support our global expansion efforts and provide essential assistance in engagement with law enforcement agencies.

Responsibilities

• Handle and review all forms of global law enforcement inquiries.
• Perform blockchain tracing and conduct preliminary investigations into unusual activities.
• Assist with pre-SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) filing mitigating controls and client offboarding processes.
• Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Financing of Terrorism) and other relevant subjects that may be part of daily work requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
• Undertake any general administration and related activities as required, in accordance with the Company's business requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of directly related experience in a compliance role and/or a regulatory-facing role, with substantial knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and day-to-day compliance affairs.
• Bilingual English/Ukrainian proficiency is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills, a systematic approach, and strong logical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated team player skills.
• Proactive, ambitious, and user-focused attitude.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership over the law enforcement engagement process.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and stress.
• Detail-oriented with a strong controls mindset and excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of the provisions of local laws, directives, regulations, and other standards applicable to subject persons, as well as knowledge of upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics, either through existing tools or by manually tracking funds effectively using relevant block explorers.
