Responsibilities

• Assist in the full lifecycle of Square campaign operations, including drafting campaign documentation, managing backend configurations, coordinating on site promotions (banners, push notifications, and pop ups), overseeing campaign launches, tracking ongoing progress, and handling post campaign management.
• Collect and extract frequently appearing cases from user inquiries, work with Product and Tech teams to debug issues, verify fixes, and reduce the number of potential user cases.
• Handle escalated user tickets from the Mod and Customer Service team, maintain FAQs and other user documents to ensure consistent communication and improve user experience.
• Monitor real time campaign data and deliver post campaign reports with actionable insights for future optimization.
• Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated growth initiatives and campaigns in partnership with cross functional teams to accelerate scalable user and content growth.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital communities.
• Past experience in Web3, content, or the creator economy is a plus.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage vendors and internal stakeholders across regions.
• Execution excellence with attention to detail and a high level of patience and accountability.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
• Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
