We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute significantly to our global expansion efforts. This role will primarily focus on corporate and business hiring across areas such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations.

Role Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Executive Hiring) is responsible for ensuring Binance attracts, hires, and retains the finest talent while actively growing a robust talent pipeline and acting as a trusted advisor to business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive search and manage the end to end recruitment process for senior level and business critical roles.
• Utilize targeted headhunting, market mapping, and strategic sourcing to identify and attract top tier talent globally.
• Partner with senior business leaders to grasp strategic hiring requirements, offer market intelligence, and build strong relationships with high calibre candidates to support long term business growth.
• Execute full cycle recruiting for open positions, which includes sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and offer negotiation.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from the initial contact through to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to drive continuous improvement in the hiring process.
• Manage recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner.
• Develop and maintain a consistently stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, such as community networking, university visits, job fairs, and fostering contact with potential future candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within top tier Internet companies or agencies.
• Executive hiring experience specifically within Web3 or Crypto companies is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in modern sourcing and selection techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in market mapping for global or Asian markets.
• A proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Capacity to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
