This role involves supporting the day-to-day management of Binance’s social media accounts, with a primary focus on X, ensuring content aligns with the established strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Binance's social media accounts, especially X, focusing on content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement according to the content strategy.
• Utilize strong knowledge of X's content formats, audience behaviors, community dynamics, and platform best practices to create timely and culturally relevant content.
• Integrate AI tools into the content workflow to generate platform-ready visuals, GIFs, memes, and short-form videos that meet brand standards and drive engagement.
• Research, develop, and execute engaging social content, adapting ideas and formats for various platform-specific audiences and brand priorities.
• Monitor emerging social media trends, industry conversations, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for timely, brand-relevant content creation.
• Support weekly and monthly social media performance reporting using analytics tools, tracking key metrics to improve channel performance and engagement.
• Analyze content performance and provide recommendations regarding formats, messaging, timing, and creative approaches.
• Monitor social conversations and community sentiment, alerting senior team members to potential reputational risks or emerging issues.
• Assist in coordinating content assets, approvals, timelines, and deliverables with external agencies and partners.
• Adhere to established social media processes, playbooks, and reporting frameworks while proactively suggesting workflow and content performance improvements.
• Stay current on emerging AI tools and content creation techniques, experimenting with new workflows to enhance creative quality, production efficiency, and engagement.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is mandatory for coordinating with international partners. Additional languages are an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to produce static visuals, GIFs, memes, and short-form videos, including documented results or impact.
• Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and executing successful campaigns.
• Expert knowledge of social media content creation and platform best practices, with a primary focus on X.
• A good understanding of the cryptocurrency market, including an interest in current industry trends and community sentiment.
• Proficiency with social media analytics and reporting tools, coupled with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
