The Opportunity: Senior Flutter Engineer (iOS, Android)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Engineer to join our dynamic mobile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of high-performance, user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework. You will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our mobile products, ensuring exceptional user experience and robust functionality within the exciting cryptocurrency and blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain advanced mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to define, prioritize, and implement new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices in mobile development.
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability across various devices and network conditions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues reported by users or identified through testing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, Flutter updates, and blockchain technologies to continuously improve our applications.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, from conception to deployment and post-launch support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with Flutter and Dart, building and launching complex applications for both iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, design patterns (e.g., MVVM, BLoC), and best practices.
• Proficiency in state management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod).
• Solid experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with native mobile development concepts for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) is a significant advantage.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global, remote team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications.

Bonus Skills

• Prior experience in the FinTech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry.
• Knowledge of Web3 concepts and decentralized applications.
• Experience with Firebase or other mobile backend-as-a-service (MBaaS) platforms.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
