Product Lead Counsel

Binance is seeking a Product Lead Counsel to join its legal team. In this role, you will serve as a key legal advisor to product and business teams, helping shape and launch innovative products while managing legal and regulatory risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end legal support for product development, launches, and ongoing operations.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Advise on regulatory matters relating to digital assets, financial services, and technology products.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and product related terms.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions and translate them into practical guidance.
• Coordinate with external counsel and manage legal projects across multiple regions.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with significant experience in product counseling, financial services, or technology law.
• Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, or fintech regulatory frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, global environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
