About the Role
Dandy is actively seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to bolster our rapidly growing global Business Development organization. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement, this role will encompass onboarding, training, coaching programs, content development, and ongoing skill reinforcement, with a specific focus on achieving outbound prospecting excellence. This individual will collaborate closely with Business Development Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to enhance prospecting effectiveness, improve qualification quality, increase meeting conversion rates, and boost pipeline generation performance across the entire team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the overarching enablement strategy for the global Business Development organization.
- Own role-specific onboarding programs, including curriculum development, facilitation of training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training focused on critical skills such as cold calling, objection handling, account research, qualification techniques, value positioning, and strategies for meeting conversion.
- Partner with Business Development leaders to identify performance gaps and develop targeted enablement programs to address them.
- Leverage tools like Attention to identify coaching opportunities, reinforce best practices, and improve behavior adoption among the sales team.
- Create and maintain learning paths, playbooks, certifications, and essential enablement content within Highspot and other relevant enablement systems.
- Support change management initiatives related to new product launches, process updates, messaging changes, and new business initiatives.
- Measure enablement effectiveness and adoption by analyzing performance data, gathering feedback, and tracking key business outcomes.
- Contribute to ongoing sales communications, manage training calendars, and support broader enablement programs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership to support key business initiatives and drive overall seller effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of combined experience in Sales Enablement and quota-carrying sales roles, including direct experience supporting high-performing BDR, SDR, or outbound prospecting organizations.
- Proven experience in building onboarding and ongoing development programs for prospecting teams.
- Experience facilitating virtual and live training sessions for sales teams.
- Proficiency with sales enablement and productivity technologies (e.g., Highspot, Attention).
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into scalable enablement programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for developing people, improving performance, and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Benefits & Compensation
$103,700 – $122,000 USD • Offers Equity
Actual compensation for roles will vary based on factors including the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience. Please note that compensation listed for U.S.-based roles applies only to candidates working in the United States. Candidates located outside the U.S. will have regionally adjusted compensation.
