HR Business Partner at Binance

Binance, a global leader in the blockchain ecosystem and the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Hong Kong or Singapore. Responsibilities

• Partner with business functions to design and implement HR solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic expertise in organization development, global Compensation & Benefits, Performance, and Talent Development to support the rapid growth of the function.
• Offer performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and handling disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with management and employees to foster better work relationships, boost morale, and improve retention.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations that are thorough, objective, and effective.
• Identify training needs for business units and executive coaching requirements.
• Advise and drive improvements within partnered teams through consultation.
• Offer guidance on department structure, workforce planning, and succession planning for a scaling team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience across multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, cultivating a high performance culture, employee relations, employee engagement, and diversity.
• Demonstrate strong professionalism and exceptional stakeholder management skills when partnering with senior leadership.
• Possess knowledge of employment law across multiple European countries.
• Have working knowledge of HR operations such as new hire onboarding, facilitating performance evaluations, and data management for workload balance.
• Exhibit strong logical communication skills and a strategic, problem-solving mindset.
• Be capable of thriving in the fast moving environment of a rapidly expanding company.
• Knowledge of working with large department functions is considered a strong advantage.
