Job Description

Role Overview

You will serve as the Staff Program Manager for CCO Programs, responsible for running critical cross-functional initiatives aligned with the Chief Customer Officer's (CCO) strategic priorities. These programs cover go-to-market transformation, retention and renewal motions linked to key Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets, improving the field-to-product feedback loop, and managing executive engagement with our most valuable accounts.

This role is a founding seat for the Programs function reporting to the CCO while the department is being built. You will be pivotal in turning executive intent into actionable workstreams and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Own execution and achieve business outcomes across various CCO-level programs, including go-to-market transformation, renewal and retention efforts, product feedback loops, and executive sponsorship for top accounts.
  • Translate CCO directives into detailed workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, dependencies, and timelines are established.
  • Coordinate with senior stakeholders spanning Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement, maintaining accountability even without direct authority.
  • Surface any stalled work, unowned risks, or timeline slippages to provide the CCO with a reliable, real-time overview of the entire program portfolio.
  • Provide recommendations for scope adjustments, resequencing, or termination of programs when they fail to deliver expected value.
  • Ensure robust follow-through from executive meetings by meticulously tracking decisions and action items through to completion.
  • Track program health using relevant data, connecting execution directly to retention, expansion, adoption, and ARR results, and crafting executive-ready summaries.
  • Establish shared standards for tracking, reporting, and handoffs, iterating on plans based on direct feedback from field leaders.

What You Will Bring

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional strategic programs at the executive level, including the ability to deliver defined outcomes even with ambiguous initial direction.
  • Relevant experience within Customer Experience, go-to-market, or revenue-facing roles such as Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, or Revenue Operations. You should have fluency in retention, expansion, and adoption processes and how they drive ARR.
  • The skill to influence senior stakeholders, including executives, and hold them accountable for commitments without having formal managerial authority over them.
  • The judgment to make high stakes tactical recommendations when operating under ambiguity, including knowing when data warrants changing course or discontinuing a program.
  • Strong data fluency to accurately assess program health, diagnose bottlenecks, and propose a data informed next step.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of shifting smoothly between providing a high level executive narrative and diving into detailed execution specifics.
  • Comfort and capability in operating without fully established infrastructure and helping to architect the function's operating model.
  • Proven reliable follow-through and the ability to successfully navigate conflict and competing priorities across a diverse group of stakeholders.

About the Team

This role represents a unique opportunity as the first Program Manager supporting CX Executive initiatives. You will be the founding hire for a Programs function that is expected to scale as the CCO's highest priority cross-functional initiatives grow beyond ad hoc management. The team functions across the entire customer lifecycle, from initial go-to-market strategy and product feedback cycles through renewal, expansion, and high level executive relationship management with major accounts. We collaborate with leaders from Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Data, and Enablement within a globally distributed and largely asynchronous environment to convert CCO commitments into tangible shipped results.
