Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and high performance backend services and APIs.
• Contribute significantly to the entire application lifecycle, including architecture, coding, debugging, and rigorous testing.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, efficiency, and scalability, handling high transaction volumes.
• Collaborate seamlessly with frontend developers, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure high quality standards across the team.
• Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to enhance reliability and functionality.
• Stay current with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices in backend development and the blockchain space.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, preferably within high-growth or high-transaction environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in one or more core programming languages: Java (with Spring Boot), Golang, or Python.
• Strong understanding of fundamental computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems design.
• Extensive experience with various database technologies, including both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with message queuing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) for asynchronous communication.
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized systems, and cryptocurrency concepts is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional problem solving skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
