Role overview

We are hiring a Growth Analyst to bring a rigorous, data-driven approach to our growth team. This role focuses on optimizing paid channels, user journeys, activation, retention, and churn reduction. You will work cross-functionally with Product and Growth to surface opportunities and deliver actionable insights.

What you will do

• Perform performance deep dives on paid acquisition channels and campaigns.
• Use a data-driven approach to improve activation and retention, and to decrease churn.
• Build dashboards and reports to track performance, conversion, and adoption metrics.
• Design, run, and maintain experiments such as A/B tests and feature-flagged rollouts to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Track user journeys and funnel drop-offs to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to improve event tracking, instrumentation, and data quality.
• Plan and execute qualitative measurement including surveys and brand lift studies where needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Growth Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role at a SaaS or high-growth company.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, or Metabase.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Segment.
• Experience with experimentation methodologies and statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Excellent ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Creator economy or SaaS experience is a plus.
