Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit top global crypto creators, overseeing their successful onboarding process.
• Develop and implement effective creator engagement and retention strategies, serving as a key liaison between creators and various internal teams.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of high-impact global crypto creators, meticulously tracking community growth metrics for engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Build and execute comprehensive community growth programs and creator marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and foster community interaction through strategic collaborations with creators.
• Collaborate directly with creators to facilitate engaging AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, insightful interviews, and other community-driven initiatives.
• Stay consistently updated with the latest trends, news, and developments within the dynamic crypto industry, actively identifying emerging crypto creators and monitoring competitor activities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or cross-channel marketing, preferably with a strong foundational understanding of the crypto industry.
• Proven involvement or direct experience within the crypto creator community, or possession of a valuable network within the crypto industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, essential for building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required to effectively coordinate with international partners and stakeholders. Proficiency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Ukrainian would be considered a significant advantage.
• Robust analytical skills, enabling the interpretation of data to derive and implement effective strategies.
• An ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who can work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with remote global team members.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in relevant marketing fields, with a particular focus on the crypto space.
