Role Overview

Binance is looking for a Case Analyst who speaks Spanish and Portuguese to join its team. In this role, you will support the compliance and risk operations of a global cryptocurrency platform, reviewing and resolving cases involving user accounts, transactions, and regulatory matters. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cases are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with established policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and resolve user cases and escalations related to accounts and transactions
• Analyze data and documentation to assess risk and identify potential fraud or policy violations
• Communicate with users and internal teams in Spanish and Portuguese to gather information and explain outcomes
• Coordinate with compliance, legal, and customer support teams to resolve complex cases
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in internal systems
• Identify trends and process improvement opportunities and share insights with the team
• Support ongoing compliance and risk monitoring activities as required

Requirements and Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Experience in case analysis, fraud review, compliance, customer support, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast paced environment
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and case management tools
• Interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
