This program is open to current university students and recent graduates. Binance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented early-career Data Analyst to support its operations and business teams. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about data, business insights, and performance tracking, offering hands-on experience in analyzing real business data and contributing to informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning and organizing data to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
• Support the preparation of routine operational reports and KPI tracking.
• Monitor key metrics and help identify anomalies or unusual trends.
• Contribute to basic data analysis to uncover business performance insights.
• Support attribution analysis to explore potential factors driving changes in data.
• Help develop dashboards and summary reports for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in optimizing reporting processes and enhancing data organization for greater efficiency.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate, preferably in an analytical or business-related field.
• Proficient with Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus, but not required.
• Strong logical thinking and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive willingness to learn.
