About the Role: Ads Implementation Specialist
As an Ads Implementation Specialist, you will support the digital advertising team in executing paid ad campaigns across various media channels (Meta, TikTok, X, Programmatic, etc.). We are seeking a candidate with a digital marketing background, preferably with experience managing media campaigns across multiple channels. This is an entry-level position that includes training and upskilling opportunities, though prior experience with advertising platforms is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and rename visual files (images, videos, GIFs, etc.) required for ad implementations, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.
- Create Asana tickets containing all necessary information for campaign go-live.
- Upload ad creatives across various platforms, ensuring proper tagging for tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance daily to guarantee delivery and proactively suggest improvements.
- Generate ad-hoc reports on performance or creative effectiveness.
- Conduct competitiveness analysis to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative production, planning, and execution.
- Monitor industry trends and developments in advertising, consistently implementing best practices.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's target audience, product offerings, and advertising objectives.
- Ensure that all campaigns comply with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience running ads on Meta, TikTok, or X.
- Possess a strong analytical mindset, with a focus on quantitative results. You need to have a curiosity for data and a solid understanding of advertising performance metrics. Key terms such as CPI, CPR, IPM, and VTR are important; if you are unfamiliar with them, please research before your first interview.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Previous experience with Figma is a plus.
- Fluent English speaker is essential. Additional languages are considered a strong asset.
