The Binance Accelerator Program is a focused 3 to 6 month program designed to give you an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Responsibilities

• Be responsible for ensuring the positive user experience across all product functionality and processes.
• Provide detailed experience reports from the end user's perspective to assist the product team in improving the overall user experience.
• Assist new users by helping them resolve issues during the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Project, and Visio.
• A strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent writing and communication skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively across various business units.
• A strong awareness of customer service principles.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
