The Opportunity

Dandy is actively seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the strategy and development of our Crown and Bridge customer experiences. Currently, our internal design team utilizes sophisticated first-party CAD software to meticulously design every crown. Your primary responsibility will be to strategically bring the relevant components of this intricate process directly to dentists, enabling them to confidently influence the final outcome. Reporting to the GM of Crown and Bridge, you will be instrumental in defining and building innovative experiences. This includes creating interactive 3D design previews, facilitating live design reviews with our expert technicians, and developing real time AI crown generation capabilities at the chairside. All these efforts are geared towards achieving one ultimate goal: delivering the perfect crown in terms of fit, function, and aesthetics.

What You'll Do

Product development at Dandy is a highly collaborative and impactful function. You will serve as the crucial link between design, engineering, operations, and business leadership, driving both strategic direction and flawless execution.

• Drive the roadmap for your area: You will begin by gaining expertise across the entire Crown and Bridge division, then assume ownership of a defined scope, such as our bridge product, veneers, or a specific part of the chairside ordering experience, and set its strategic direction.
• Bridge internal and external processes: Develop a deep understanding of our design team's workflow to effectively translate a complex internal process into an intuitive and user friendly experience for dentists.
• Lead cross-functionally: Ensure seamless alignment between CAD Engineering, Machine Learning (ML) teams, UX Design, and Manufacturing, guaranteeing that what the doctor visualizes on screen is precisely what is produced.
• Ground decisions in evidence: Conduct thorough customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform the roadmap and identify new opportunities for innovation.
• Ship into a real operation: Manage the complete product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and subsequent iterations. Understand that every release impacts a live lab with real technicians, production schedules, and ongoing cases. You will plan rollouts, train teams, and quickly adapt to challenges that arise in the physical world.
• Measure and refine: Utilize a combination of quantitative data and qualitative insights to accurately assess impact, clearly communicate results, and adjust course as needed.

What We're Looking For

We are searching for creative and inquisitive product thinkers who can develop and foster a compelling vision for Dandy's product offerings. We seek an experienced Senior or Principal Product Manager who thrives in a hyper growth, customer obsessed organization.

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically managing software products through the complete lifecycle, from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to general release and subsequent iterations.
• Tech Driven Physical Product or Operational Experience: Demonstrated experience working with software experiences that directly influence real world movement or a physical product.
• High Bias-to-Action: You excel in hyper growth environments and are comfortable seamlessly transitioning from high level strategic planning to granular specifications within the same afternoon.
• Clinical Empathy: You possess an unwavering obsession with the end user. You are eager to spend time in dental offices to understand how doctors desire to interact with software experiences that ultimately deliver the physical product they prefer.

• Industry Context: Prior experience in Dental, MedTech, or other operationally complex, tech driven product environments.

Compensation: $190,000, $223,600 annually

The compensation listed for U.S. based roles applies only to candidates working within the United States. Candidates located outside the U.S. will receive regionally adjusted compensation.
