About the Role

Dandy is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with a founder-mindset to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Revenue Operations team is the engine powering Dandy’s go-to-market (GTM) motion, owning the processes and performance infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will manage the operational infrastructure behind Dandy’s Total Addressable Market (TAM) and portfolio management. This includes designing and maintaining the systems, processes, and assignment logic that determine how TAM is structured, enriched, distributed, and maintained across sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every pursuit in our addressable market is of high-quality, properly assigned, and operationally scalable across diverse segments and geographies. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, data architecture, and GTM systems design, requiring an individual who can translate complex datasets into operational processes that significantly drive market coverage and sales productivity. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Own TAM Operational Infrastructure: Design and manage the operational processes that structure and maintain Dandy’s Total Addressable Market (TAM). Ensure high data quality, completeness, and accuracy across market datasets utilized by sales teams. Define robust governance frameworks to keep the TAM clean, scalable, and operationally reliable. Partner with Data and BizSystems teams to operationalize market datasets into core GTM systems.
• Design Portfolio & Pursuit Assignment Architecture: Own the processes and system logic that dictate how pursuits are assigned across sales teams and segments. Define comprehensive assignment frameworks, routing rules, and portfolio ownership models. Ensure pursuits are distributed in a manner that maximizes coverage, productivity, and market penetration. Continuously evaluate and optimize assignment models as the business scales.
• Build Market Data Enrichment Infrastructure: Design scalable processes to source, enrich, and validate market data used to expand TAM coverage. Develop frameworks for international TAM expansion and ensure operational readiness for new markets. Partner strategically with Data, Marketing, and external data providers to ensure access to high-quality market intelligence.
• Ensure Market Coverage and Portfolio Quality: Monitor TAM coverage and assess portfolio health across all sales teams. Identify gaps, duplication, or inefficiencies in how accounts and pursuits are distributed. Build robust reporting and monitoring systems that guarantee sales teams are consistently working on high-quality pursuits.
• Institutionalized Market Operations: Create repeatable frameworks for portfolio assignment, TAM maintenance, and market data governance. Ensure market operations are seamlessly embedded into Salesforce and other core GTM systems. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Data, Marketing, and BizSystems teams to continuously improve market infrastructure.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

• Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations within a high-growth environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities – able to translate complex datasets into actionable operational processes.
• Demonstrated experience working with account datasets, portfolio management, or market coverage models.
• Solid understanding of sales routing, assignment logic, and portfolio management frameworks.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of RevOps, data teams, and systems architecture.
• Strong problem-solving ability with meticulous attention to data quality and operational rigor.
• A bias toward ownership – you proactively identify structural improvements rather than waiting for direction.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience designing account assignment frameworks or complex portfolio models.
• Experience managing large TAM datasets or intricate market coverage models.
• Fluency in Salesforce, Looker, or modern GTM tooling ecosystems.
• Experience supporting international GTM expansion or multi-market operations.
• Experience partnering closely with data engineering or analytics teams.
