About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services that power our core application.

What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and deploy highly available and scalable backend services using modern technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure peak operational health.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions to elevate engineering standards across the team.
What We Are Looking For
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional backend engineering experience.
- Expert proficiency in at least one major backend language, such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Strong experience designing and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design principles (REST, GraphQL).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
Soft Skills & Qualifications
- A proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems independently and drive solutions to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
