Professional Services - Technical Architect Remote at GitLab

As a Professional Services Technical Architect at GitLab, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of customer engagements, from initial scoping and discovery through to final delivery. You will design high-level architectures and implementation plans for GitLab's infrastructure and functionality, ensuring all deliverables meet customer requirements and align with the Statement of Work (SOW). This role requires coordinating and guiding implementation work across GitLab's Professional Services and partner consultants, supporting customers deploying GitLab in cloud and on-premises environments using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and the GitLab Environment Toolkit, and executing migrations using Congregate. You will provide expert DevOps and DevSecOps consulting and best practices, contribute reusable assets like documentation and training materials, and share product release updates to ensure consistent team outcomes.
