What You Might Bring:

• A strong background in fields such as engineering, computer science, mathematics, cryptography, finance, AI/Machine Learning, or other relevant technical or research-focused disciplines.
• Hands-on experience building or supporting products, research, or infrastructure within Web3, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), or Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems.
• Experience in one or more of the following research areas: protocol design, Zero-Knowledge (ZK) systems, applied cryptography, DeFi, Miner Extractable Value (MEV), or governance mechanisms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with an ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, asynchronous teams.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, taking ownership and driving impact with minimal direct supervision.
• A deep passion for Ethereum, open-source software, and the long-term vision of decentralized networks.

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience contributing to open-source projects (especially within Ethereum or related ecosystems).
• Familiarity with Ethereum protocol internals, smart contract security, rollups, or cryptoeconomic design.
• An understanding of decentralized governance, tokenomics, or on-chain data analysis.
• Product thinking capabilities, experience in systems design, or technical project management experience.
• AI/Machine Learning research or development experience, particularly as applied within the crypto space.
• Participation in hackathons, research competitions, or open-source projects within the Web3 or AI ecosystems.
