Case Analyst (Spanish and Portuguese speaker) at Binance

Role Overview

Binance, a global leader in the blockchain ecosystem and the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and user base, is seeking a Case Analyst with fluency in Spanish and Portuguese to join our team. Our mission is to increase the freedom of money and financial access globally. As a Case Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining regulatory compliance and security across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and review all forms of global law enforcement inquiries.
• Perform blockchain tracing and conduct preliminary investigations into unusual activities.
• Assist with pre-SAR filing mitigation controls and client offboarding procedures.
• Participate in internal and external training programs regarding AML/CFT and other relevant compliance topics.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate effective knowledge sharing.
• Manage any general administration and related activities as required by the company's business needs.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of directly related experience in a compliance or regulatory facing role.
• Demonstrated substantial knowledge of relevant rules and day-to-day compliance affairs.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
• Strong analytical skills, systematic approach, and logical thinking.
• Must be a proactive, ambitious, and user-focused team player.
• Possess a strong sense of accountability and ownership over law enforcement engagement processes.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure and stress.
• Detail-oriented with a strong controls mindset and excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills

• Good knowledge of local laws, directives, regulations, and standards applicable to subject persons, as well as knowledge of upcoming virtual currency policies.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics, either using existing tools or manually tracking funds using relevant block explorers.
