• Monitor and identify emerging trends, memes, and narratives within the crypto and decentralized finance (degen) communities.
• Create compelling, engaging social media content focused on themes of financial freedom, decentralization, and the future of money.
• Collaborate on global marketing campaigns designed to influence culture and community engagement, moving beyond traditional advertising.
• Support initiatives aimed at onboarding new users into Web3 and decentralized finance ecosystems.
• Actively engage with the community to understand sentiment and feedback, using insights to refine content strategies.

Requirements

• Profound passion for crypto, DeFi, and the concept of financial freedom.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, particularly those popular within crypto communities (e.g., Twitter, TikTok, Discord, Reddit).
• A creative mindset with the ability to produce bold, humorous, and experimental content.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a global team.
• Fluency in English is required for effective coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders. Proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
• Prior experience or active participation in crypto communities is a plus, but not mandatory.
