Responsibilities
- Lead the Program Management Office and drive strategic initiatives across the organization
- Oversee program and project management practices to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes
- Develop and implement frameworks, processes, and tools to improve program execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programs with business objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of program and project managers
- Track and report on program performance, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership
Requirements
- Extensive experience in program and project management leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale programs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building and scaling a Program Management Office
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
