The Role: Product Manager on Places

As a Product Manager on Places, you translate product direction into shipped software. You will own priorities and goals set by leadership and be responsible for their delivery: writing the specifications, leading the cross-functional team day-to-day, and driving the work from idea to launch. This is an execution-first role. Your job is to make the team productive and the outcomes real: clarify requirements, coordinate engineering, design, and QA, keep the work on track, and stay in the details until it ships. Strong ideas are welcome and the best ones get built. As you build judgment and earn trust, you'll grow into more of the "what and why." Places’ team is composed of talented, compassionate individuals from all over the globe with diverse backgrounds and professional experiences including folks from Apple, Google, Amazon, Meta, Snap, Twitter, Instacart, Paypal and more.
