Overview: Prep Designer

Dandy is a rapidly growing, venture-backed company seeking a skilled Prep Designer to join our dynamic team. You'll play a vital role in transforming digital dental scans into precise multi-unit crown designs, leveraging your 3Shape expertise and meticulous eye for detail. This position is crucial for maintaining the high standards and efficiency of our design process.

What You'll Do

• Craft Digital Masterpieces: Utilize 3Shape software and our proprietary tools to design high-quality dental crowns based on digital scans and detailed dentist prescriptions.
• Precision is Key: Ensure exceptional accuracy and quality in every crown design, adhering strictly to technical and aesthetic specifications.
• Meet the Challenge: Consistently meet design specifications and deliver completed projects within established timeframes.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain clear communication with all relevant stakeholders throughout the design process.

What We're Looking For

• 3Shape Expertise: 1-2 years of essential experience with 3Shape software.
• Design Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in abutment/bars and crown & bridge design.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, particularly in designing multiple adjacent units.
• Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and acquire new skills in a fast-evolving environment.
