About the Role
Dandy is seeking an Enterprise Marketing Manager to spearhead the integrated marketing strategy specifically for named Enterprise DSO (Dental Service Organization) accounts. This is a high-impact, revenue-critical position responsible for transforming target accounts into active pipeline through precisely orchestrated, multi-channel campaigns. This role requires direct alignment with our Enterprise Sales and Business Development Representative (BDR) teams. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales, BDRs, Growth Marketing Channel Leads, and Revenue Operations to ensure that marketing and outbound operations function as a cohesive system, designed to drive booked meetings, created opportunities, and sustained pipeline growth. Success in this role will be measured by Enterprise account engagement, new pipeline creation, and pipeline progression.
What Youβll Do
Enterprise Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end strategy and orchestration of integrated, cross-channel campaigns targeting named Enterprise accounts.
- Define clear campaign objectives, sequencing, messaging frameworks, and measurable success metrics directly linked to pipeline generation.
- Drive alignment and accountability across teams to ensure execution directly supports overall revenue outcomes.
BDR Collaboration & Meeting Generation
- Lead the marketing partnership with Enterprise BDRs.
- Ensure campaign narratives are tightly integrated with outbound messaging and sequencing efforts.
- Equip BDRs with effective personalization frameworks, best practices for executive engagement, and account-specific insights.
- Achieve measurable improvements in meeting volume, quality, and conversion rates to new opportunities.
- Monitor BDR engagement and meeting conversion to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Mobilization
- Translate overarching Enterprise strategy into clear briefs and actionable execution requirements for Paid Media, Marketing Operations, Events, Creative, and Direct Mail teams.
- Proactively manage timelines, dependencies, and follow-through to ensure timely campaign launches.
- Identify and remove any potential blockers that could impact campaign execution or pipeline performance.
Deal Acceleration & Funnel Optimization
- Track account-level progression through critical stages (Mapped, Engaged, Meeting, Opportunity, Closed Won).
- Identify gaps in buying groups and pinpoint engagement drop-offs within target accounts.
- Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to analyze conversion performance and refine campaign strategies for optimal results.
What Weβre Looking For
- 5-8+ years of extensive experience in B2B enterprise marketing or Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Demonstrated experience in closely partnering with BDR or outbound sales teams to consistently drive meeting generation.
- Strong capability to lead cross-functional campaign execution without direct channel ownership.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven ability to foster alignment and accountability within matrixed organizational structures.
- An analytical mindset, with practical experience in tracking and optimizing account-level performance.
- Exceptional communication, enablement, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation: $127,500 - $150,000 annually. Offers Equity.
Actual compensation for roles will vary based on factors including the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience. Please note that compensation listed for U.S.-based roles applies only to candidates working in the United States. Candidates located outside the U.S. will have regionally adjusted compensation.
