Business Intelligence / Data Analyst at Binance

About the Role

Binance is looking for a Business Intelligence / Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights that support key business decisions across the organization. You will work closely with cross functional partners to design, build, and maintain analytics solutions and reporting that drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that give stakeholders clear visibility into key metrics.
• Partner with business teams to define requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Perform deep dive analyses to support strategic and operational decision making.
• Develop and document data models, metrics definitions, and reporting standards.
• Monitor data quality and identify improvements to data pipelines and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations with business intelligence tools.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross functional stakeholders in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization and reporting platforms such as Tableau.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python for data analysis and automation.
• Background in the financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency industry.
