The Opportunity: Executive Recruiter

Are you a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a knack for finding top-tier leadership? Crossover is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring executive-level talent for our diverse client base.

This role requires a strategic thinker who excels at building relationships and understanding complex hiring needs. If you have a proven track record in executive search, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do: Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end executive search process, from initial briefing to final offer negotiation, ensuring a superior candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand their organizational goals and talent gaps.
• Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for C-suite, VP, and Director level roles.
• Conduct comprehensive market mapping and talent pipeline development for highly specialized executive profiles.
• Lead interview processes, provide insightful feedback to hiring managers, and help shape the final hiring decision.
• Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) workflow efficiently, maintaining high data integrity throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.

What You Will Bring: Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in executive search or senior talent acquisition roles, preferably within a high-growth tech environment.
• Demonstrated success in placing senior and executive-level candidates across various functions (e.g., Technology, Operations, Sales).
• Exceptional networking skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with C-level executives and hiring managers.
• Deep understanding of modern hiring methodologies and experience using advanced sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
