The Opportunity: DevSecOps Engineer

At Raya, our DevSecOps Engineers are crucial to building and maintaining robust, scalable infrastructure. This role empowers product engineering teams to innovate with confidence. We are seeking an individual who is excited to work with modern cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the technological advancement of Raya's Infrastructure Platform.
• Leverage best-in-class cloud technologies and container orchestration to deliver a reliable, secure, and scalable foundation for product teams.
• Support infrastructure initiatives across multi-regional environments, Kubernetes orchestration, deployment automation, and observability.
• Focus on performance optimization, designing infrastructure that maximizes application efficiency and resource utilization.
• Utilize AI to enhance infrastructure workflows, automate complex tasks, and maximize the scale and impact of your work.
• Design infrastructure architecture in a scalable, evidence-based manner, thoughtfully introducing improvements within established systems.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience with demonstrated growth in previous roles.
• Proven technical depth and leadership in infrastructure engineering.
• Passion for learning and teamwork, with a desire to champion infrastructure solutions to complex challenges.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI in infrastructure workflows.
• Belief in Raya's vision of fostering relationships through quality, in-person interactions.
