Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Frontend / Fullstack Software Engineer to develop and own the asset discovery experience across tokens, perpetuals, and prediction markets. You will be an integral part of our Discovery pod, designing, building, and scaling systems that empower users to explore, evaluate, and engage with a wide spectrum of tradable assets. This role encompasses web, mobile, and browser extension development, demanding robust frontend expertise combined with fullstack ownership from initial concept to production deployment. We are looking for an individual with high agency and a bias towards action, someone who proactively identifies opportunities, drives innovative solutions, and ships high-quality products end-to-end. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, comfortably navigate ambiguity, and take full ownership of outcomes. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and trading teams to deliver intuitive and powerful discovery experiences. • Feature Development: You will own features across our web and mobile platforms, specifically the Phantom Extension, Phantom Terminal, and the mobile application.
• New Initiatives and Products: You will lead initiatives to integrate support for additional blockchains into Phantom and launch new complementary products or infrastructure.
• Interfacing with Users: You will directly engage with end-users and developers building on Phantom, offering support and gathering feedback to inform product direction.
• Team Building: You will contribute to creating and nurturing a culture that continuously raises the bar with each new hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and React Native.
• Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms.
• English language proficiency.
• Nice-To-Have: Experience working with trading systems.

The target base salary for this role will range between $200,000 to $250,000 USD, with additional equity and benefits. This is determined by several factors, including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, and market factors (such as location) at the time of the offer.
