Role Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for Internal Tools at Raya, you will be the technical leader responsible for the architecture, quality, and engineering standards of the essential tools our internal teams use daily. This is a dynamic role focused on innovation, not just maintenance. You will apply recommendation, ranking, and other sophisticated data-driven techniques to enhance our tools' functionality, consistently driving smarter automation to optimize efficiency and save valuable time.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking an individual highly proficient in AI-collaborative development, capable of accurately identifying key challenges and skillfully integrating human and technological intelligence to devise thoughtful solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, translating product requirements and technical visions into detailed specifications, robust system designs, and actionable implementation plans. This position requires you to be the primary technical authority for the team while simultaneously excelling as a high-output individual contributor. The role involves an approximate 80% hands on coding and 20% technical leadership split, ensuring you remain deeply engaged in development while guiding the team technically.
