As a Senior Product Designer at Fueled, you will be instrumental in shaping these experiences across a variety of compelling digital products, with a primary focus on mobile-first and native app interfaces utilized by millions. This role places you at the forefront of the design process, where you'll ask critical questions, seek clarity, and help teams define product goals before development begins. You will then guide the product through launch, iteration, and all intermediate stages, enabling faster decision-making and better outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end product design process for complex mobile applications and digital products, encompassing iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms.
• Lead early discovery phases, defining interaction models, developing scalable design systems, and meticulously refining final details before deployment.
• Transform complex constraints, including business objectives, technical limitations, and actual user behavior, into intuitive and seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and clients, going beyond handing off specifications to actively facilitate discussions that guide product direction and enable collective decision-making.

• Advocate relentlessly for users, ensuring that the products you ship are genuinely useful, not merely well-designed.

About You

• You possess 4+ years of experience designing complex products and are comfortable taking full ownership of them, including both the successes and challenges.
• You are adept at navigating ambiguity and skilled at creating structure where none exists.
• Your design decisions are grounded in research and evidence, rather than solely on gut feelings or personal preferences.
• You lead through collaboration and clear communication, rather than relying on your title.
• You understand when to continue refining and when to ship, demonstrating a commitment to both craft and impactful outcomes.

Compensation

Contractor fee compensation is determined by various factors, including relevant experience, project scope, geographic location, and business requirements.
